• Go to a cool or air-conditioned place two to three hours per day, while maintaining physical distancing and barrier gestures.
• Limit physical and sports activities.
• Close shutters, curtains, and windows during the day.
• Ventilate living spaces at night.

Support for vulnerable individuals:

• Check on them or visit them if they are elderly, suffering from chronic illness, or isolated.
• Take them to a cool place.
• If they feel unwell or show behavioral changes, call a doctor.
• If you need help, contact the town hall.
