Visite du chantier
Le préfet Julien Charles et les présidents des juridictions ont visité le chantier des futurs locaux qui accueilleront le tribunal administratif de Montreuil et la Cour nationale du droit d'asile.
Objectifs
- Amélioration des conditions d'accueil des justiciables
- Propositions de cadres de travail modernisés aux magistrats et fonctionnaires
- Optimisation de la gestion financière du parc immobilier de l’État, grâce à des bâtiments domaniaux
Plan État plus fort en Seine-Saint-Denis
Ce chantier, piloté par le Conseil d’État, rejoint l'une des ambitions centrales fixées par le gouvernement dans le cadre du plan « État plus fort en Seine-Saint-Denis » : offrir un service public de la justice modernisé.

Reinforcement works on the Saint-Cloud tunnel on the A13
From 16 November 2026 to 31 August 2027, the Paris-province direction of the A13 will be closed between the périphérique and Vaucresson due to works to reinforce the Saint-Cloud tunnel. Detours will be provided via the RN118 or the A14. A public information campaign will be launched in the autumn.
