Contexte
Dans le contexte international marqué par le conflit au Moyen-Orient, l'Opération Sentinelle est renforcée dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques depuis cette semaine.
Présence militaire à Bayonne
Le Préfet de Bayonne a échangé avec les soldats engagés dans l'opération Sentinelle. Ces militaires assurent la sécurité autour de lieux de culte, d'institutions, d'industries de défense et des sites les plus fréquentés, tels que la gare.
Consolidation du dispositif de sécurité
L'Opération Sentinelle vient conforter le dispositif de sécurité déployé par la police nationale.
