Hamel-Francis Mekachera nommé sous-préfet chargé de mission auprès du préfet des Landes, prend ses fonctions aujourd'hui.
#Arrivée | Hamel-Francis Mekachera a été nommé sous-préfet chargé de mission auprès du préfet des Landes, secrétaire général adjoint de la préfecture des Landes, par décret du président de la République en date du 10 mars 2026.
Il prend ses fonctions aujourd’hui, après avoir occupé plusieurs postes dans l'administration préfectorale et exercé dernièrement les fonctions de chef du service de sûreté et de protection du Centre spatial guyanais de Kourou.
Au sein du département, Hamel-Francis Mekachera sera notamment en charge de la ruralité et des services publics.
