# Orange weather warning for heatwave in Eure Updated on 12/08/2026 ### **Situation update as of 12 August** In view of the ongoing drought and the continued orange weather warning for heatwave over the coming days, the prefect has issued a new order prohibiting certain activities. From Wednesday 12 August at 12:00 until 15 August at 08:00, the following are prohibited: mowing, shredding, clearing of scrubland, and more generally all mechanized maintenance work on vegetation along roads and public pathways.
